1. It is especially important for raw materials to make the structure and composition of cold-drawn steel tubes uniform, because the rolling temperature and cooling rate of each section of hot-rolled steel tube are different, which results in the inconsistency of the structure. At high temperature, atomic activity intensifies, _phase dissolves, chemical composition tends to be uniform, and uniform single-phase structure can be obtained after rapid cooling.

2、消除加工硬化，以利于繼續冷加工。通過固溶處理，歪扭的晶格恢復，伸長和破碎的晶粒重新結晶，內應力消除，鋼絲抗拉強度下降，伸長率上升。

2. Eliminate work hardening to facilitate the continuation of cold working. After solution treatment, the distorted lattice is restored, the elongated and broken grains are recrystallized, the internal stress is eliminated, the tensile strength of steel wire decreases, and the elongation increases.

3、恢復冷拔鋼管固有的耐蝕性能，由于冷加工造成碳化物析出，晶格缺陷，讓冷拔鋼管耐蝕性能下降。固溶處理后冷拔鋼管耐蝕性能恢復到合適狀態。

To restore the inherent corrosion resistance of cold-drawn steel tubes, the corrosion resistance of cold-drawn steel tubes is reduced due to the precipitation of carbides and lattice defects caused by cold processing. After solution treatment, the corrosion resistance of cold-drawn steel pipe restored to an appropriate state.
